Retreat Journey:

Day 1 — Cleanse & Balance

  • Arrival & Welcome: Arrive at The Upeksha Bali Healing and take time to settle into the sanctuary. The retreat begins with an introduction to the journey, its spiritual meaning, and the experiences that will follow.
  • Bya Kala Cleansing: Begin with Bya Kala, a traditional Balinese cleansing ritual intended to symbolically release negative influences and create greater harmony before continuing into deeper spiritual practices.
  • Pewacakan & Consultation: Continue with a personal Pewacakan session based on your day of birth. The consultation offers a traditional Balinese perspective on natural character, personal tendencies, potential, and life patterns as a source of reflection.
  • Melukat Purification: Enter the sacred water purification stage through Melukat. This meaningful ritual creates space for cleansing, emotional release, reflection, and spiritual renewal.
  • Sacred Prayer at Padma: Following Melukat, continue with prayer at Padma as a moment for gratitude, protection, harmony, and spiritual balance.
  • Personal Reflection: After completing the main spiritual journey, take time to slow down and absorb the experience. Guests may use this period for quiet reflection, rest, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the sanctuary.
  • Overnight Stay: Spend the night at The Upeksha, allowing the experience to continue beyond the rituals and into a quieter period of rest and reconnection.

Day 2 — Reconnect

  • Gentle Morning: Begin your second day slowly within the natural surroundings of The Upeksha. The morning is intended to create space for calm, awareness, and reflection before returning to everyday life.
  • Personal Reflection: Take time to revisit the experiences and insights from the previous day, allowing yourself to consider what feels meaningful to carry forward.
  • Closing Journey: Complete the retreat with a gentle closing moment and final guidance before departure.

The exact Day 2 activities can later be expanded if the owner decides to include activities such as meditation, yoga, breakfast, nature walks, Kamandalu Healing Oil, or another spiritual session.
